Colene
Colene, our Operations Manager, ensures our office runs like a well-oiled machine amidst the vast array of therapies we perform. Her role spans a vital array of duties, including lending her talents in administering therapies.

Despite her quiet and reserved demeanor, Colene's intelligence shines through in every task she undertakes, contributing significantly to the seamless operation of our clinic. When the day's work is done, she delights in the simple pleasures of life, whether that's losing herself in the pages of a good book or spending cherished time outdoors with her family, camping and fishing amidst nature's serenity.
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
CRISTY
Cristy is the vibrant heartbeat of our office, bringing a burst of positive energy that is felt from the moment our patients step through the door until they wave goodbye. With her roots in Dubuque, she has quickly become an integral part of our team and the local community.
As the primary point of contact, Cristy manages patient schedules with precision and ensures seamless access to our doctors, creating an organized and welcoming environment for everyone.
Her role involves establishing new patient accounts and ensuring appointments are scheduled to accommodate patient needs, all while maintaining a warm and efficient follow-up with both new and established individuals. Cristy's enthusiasm for connecting with people shines through in every interaction, making her a favorite among those who visit us.
Outside the office, Cristy cherishes her time with family, indulges in a bit of retail therapy, and seizes every opportunity to revisit Dubuque to stay connected with family and friends.
