As the primary point of contact, Cristy manages patient schedules with precision and ensures seamless access to our doctors, creating an organized and welcoming environment for everyone.

Her role involves establishing new patient accounts and ensuring appointments are scheduled to accommodate patient needs, all while maintaining a warm and efficient follow-up with both new and established individuals. Mia

Mia is our Clinical Therapy Manager and plays a hands-on role in patient care by administering in-office therapies that support healing, mobility, and overall wellness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Iowa, where she developed a strong foundation in human movement and rehabilitation.

With a focus on personalized care, Mia works directly with patients to ensure each therapy session is tailored to their specific needs and goals. Her confident, supportive approach helps create a positive healing environment for everyone she works with.

Outside of the clinic, Mia enjoys crocheting, spending time with friends, and staying active. Her dedication and attention to detail make her an essential part of our wellness team.
