I’ve recently been working on developing educational programs for our expectant mothers. This process has reminded me how important it is for pregnant women to receive chiropractic care! As the mother of two, I can’t imagine going through pregnancy with all it’s low back pain, sciatica, upper back pain, and headaches with having some help! Chiropractic care is not only safe and effective for pregnant women, it can also help reduce labor times too!
