Just last week, we had the privilege of meeting a wonderful woman named Bev.  She presented to our office in Iowa City and went on to explain that she had been suffering from vertigo (dizziness) along with debilitating neck pain, headache, and ringing in the ears ever since she had a couple of falls a few months ago.

Her doctor told her that the pain and vertigo were just something she'd have to live with and that nothing could be done.  Fortunately, Bev decided to look into other options.
